Yes. We can be a reliable local point of contact, provide updates and photos when appropriate, coordinate home-related work, and help families stay informed.
Can you meet a repair person at the house?
Yes. We can schedule vendors, meet them at the home, collect bids, monitor work, take before-and-after photos, and follow up until the work is complete.
Can you help with a small repair or appliance problem?
Yes. We can assess many minor household issues and coordinate a qualified vendor when a licensed specialist or larger repair is needed.

Home Watch
What is Home Watch?
Home Watch is a scheduled visual inspection service for vacant, seasonal, second, or unsold homes. We look for visible problems before they become larger and more expensive.
Who needs Home Watch?
It is useful for second-home owners, frequent travelers, families handling an inherited home, owners with a vacant listing, and adult children helping oversee a parent’s property.
What do you check during a visit?
Each visit is tailored to the property but can include visible checks of exterior conditions, doors and windows, HVAC operation, plumbing leaks, appliances, electrical concerns, storm damage, pests, moisture, and other obvious issues.
How often can you visit my home?
Most clients choose one to three visits per month, based on the home, season, travel schedule, and level of oversight needed.
Will I receive a report after each visit?
Yes. You receive photos and a concise report following the inspection.
What happens if you find a leak, storm damage, or another issue?
We contact you promptly, document the issue, and can coordinate the next steps. We can be called anytime to coordinate services needed to keep you safe and your asset protected.
Can you coordinate repairs while I am away?
Yes. We can schedule vendors, obtain bids, provide access, oversee work, document progress, and follow up through completion.
Do you perform repairs yourselves?
We can handle certain minor tasks within our service scope. For larger or specialized work, we coordinate qualified vendors and keep you informed.
Do you offer storm preparation and post-storm inspections?
Yes. We can help with pre-storm preparation, post-storm visual checks, photos, documentation, and coordination of needed repair services.
Is Home Watch the same as house sitting?
No. Home Watch is a professional property-inspection and coordination service. We do not live in the home or provide security monitoring.
Is Home Watch a substitute for homeowners insurance?
No. Homeowners insurance remains essential. Home Watch helps identify visible issues early and provides documentation of scheduled visits.
How is Home Watch priced?
Pricing is based primarily on the square footage and needs of the home. Contact Guardian Home Solutions for the appropriate plan and a clear quote.
